Ethnic Dance Expressions requests your consent to use photos and videos with your image in its promotions and advertising. The postings will be on YouTube, Facebook, on EDE's website and other materials like dancer biographies in dance programs or in the studio newsletter. Mostly, we use group photos from classes or performances to use in-house or on social networks.

Photo & Video Release Form:

My signature on this document attests to the agreement between myself (legal name) and Marjorie Malerk or Ethnic Dance Expressions School of Belly Dance, that I hereby do consent and agree to permit the use of photos or video footage of myself at their events, classes or shows, in the production of promotional and advertising projects for the school and the dance company such as newspaper ads and stories, website, brochures, flyers, newsletter, YouTube, Facebook, and the like.
